Business Finance Manager

A global electronics manufacturer is looking for a Business Finance Manager. The selected candidate will partner with the Sales and marketing team to provide financial planning and data analytics.
Responsibilities:
Lead financial planning and data analytics for profitable growth
Support business decisions with data-driven insights
Oversee quarter-end close and coordinate with controllership
Ensure compliance with applicable policies and standards
Partner with key stakeholders to support country's performance
Interact with regional and central finance teams
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or above in business, finance, accounting, or economics (MBA is ideal)
More than 8 years of experience (consumer electronics, IT, retail, or FMCG is a plus)
Proficient in MS Excel
Excellent interpersonal communication skills
Native level Japanese; fluent level English
